David Pinter, MD was born and raised in Brooklyn, and has lived in Kew Gardens Hills for the past 10 years. He graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Brooklyn College and earned his medical degree at Sackler School of Medicine in Tel Aviv, Israel in 2004. Prior to starting residency, he did research at Maimonides Medical Center and published in the Journal of Perinatology.
Dr. Pinter completed his residency in Pediatrics at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in 2011 and is Board Certified in Pediatrics. In addition to general pediatrics, he has many years of experience in emergency pediatrics after working in both Jamaica Hospital Emergency Room and NYU Langone-Lutheran Medical Center ER.
Dr. Pinter has been the recipient of the Resident Teacher Award and has also been recognized by the American Academy of Family Physicians multiple times for his devotion in educating future physicians
